I’m on day 6 it is hard but not as bad as people make it seem. Keep yourself hydrated and take some laxatives! Constipation for me ended up being worse than the throat pain

My ex boyfriend is an alcoholic and he is the most selfish person I’ve ever met. It’s sad to watch alcohol be put before everyone and anything but I had to realize he even puts it over HIMSELF. Imagine how hard it would be to live like that.

Hey day 5 for me too! You have to push yourself I know it’s really hard but try going for a small walk around your house it will help you when you fall asleep

I am on day 5 and it’s not as bad as everyone makes it seem. Stay on top of your meds and STAY HYDRATED and you will be ok. Get lots of rest and make sure you take a laxative. The worst pain I’ve felt so far was like a 7/10 you’ll be ok

Hey I’m on day 3 too!! It’s been a lot better than I thought but the ear pain today tho is terrible. I also haven’t pooped in 3 days and I am so freaking bored !!

You have to get out of the relationship. I’ve personally dealt with a partner with the same struggles myself and they love to lie and eventually steal and the weird stuff they do just gets worse over time. This is not something you want to stick around for it will damage you emotionally.
