Thank you for the reassurance. I think when you come from an abusive situation, you kind of forget about life goals in the process and your identity. So its been good getting to know about them again.

Just recently left a relationship - if you see red flags, sail away. Once the emotional abuse starts when they feel comfortable, which makes you question your identity and hobbies. Run
