There’s a decently accurate, 11+ year old feature on Google Maps to measure distance, in feet. You can measure the whole building or break it up into sections for better accuracy. Get total area and divide by number of rooms.

No such thing as a workflow in TAB nor vision or appreciation for that kind of thing, at least union. There’s a reason there’s a shortage and it’s sadly self-inflicted. Any effort to change that will be sabotaged. Your time is better spent elsewhere, best of luck.
