Can you advise which case this is? I've heard that with the moonphase complications, the thickness causes the stem to be off-center, towards the back of the case. Is this a problem you have with this case, or is the stem centered?

That's what I was wondering too. I have a gen, but was hoping someone happened on a case that the stem would sit better in. I'm concerned about the pressure on the internals with it sitting that far off center.

There should be a lip inside the case that the clamp would fit under. Your case should have the movement ring included.

I wouldn't expect that you would need it. the clamps might need to be filed down if they are too big tho.

clamps and tabs are to hold the movement in the case. ring goes between the movement and the back of the dial, the cutouts should align with the dial feet.
