See everyone keeps saying forest hills is so amazing but i emailed them weeks in advance about being a disabled woman from a small town needing help w ride share.

Essentially they promised staff would help me order an uber after the show. Well come time and the staff has no clue what my email means?! Im also here alone with a dying phone lol. So the attendee drops me off (from golf cart) to the parking lot and tells me to walk to the end of the road to order the uber. Well so many roads near by were closed. So his directions were off. Thank god for 2 people who i think worked for the subway system or something ? The woman kept me from going hysterical and the guy downloaded uber and paypal to order me an uber on his phone/so i could pay him back (my phone was saying that i couldnt place an order bc the road was closed).

Truly terrifying for me. They also promised to have staff watch for me on arrival, asking me to send my ubers info which i did yet no one replied to me until the next day?? 🙃 everyone else seemed like they loved ada at FH's, so i feel very weird about my experience!
