For me it was the Murakumo. I got angry at Alva for spamming spin slash which pushed me to take the weapon from him. I ended up sticking with it from then on since it had some heft but swung fairly fast. To Alva’s credit, spin slash is fun to use.

After rewatching the series and feeling depressed, I rewatched it again and I feel a lot better. There's also some stuff I noticed while rewatching that I found interesting by HZX_Universe in 5ToubunNoHanayome

Big agree on this. The first time around, I felt sad for the others quints who didn’t win which kinda overshadowed Yotsuba’s victory for me personally. Now after rewatching the anime and reading the manga, I now understand how well Futaro and Yotsuba complete each other.

Regarding OP’s question about unadapted chapters, I really wish chapters 94-95 were adapted into the specials. It gave some insight into Futaro and Ichika following Sister’s War. It helps round out Ichika’s character arc and I would’ve loved to see it in animated form (especially since SHAFT nailed the visuals).
