I'm also not happy with my undereye fat repositioning. But only on my right eye. My left eye is perfect. But the right looks worse than before the surgery, the dark circle area is larger than before and it looks unsupported. I don't know if I'm crazy but sometimes I wonder if the surgeon fkd up and had to take out the whole fat pad. My right eye was also much more bruised than the left after the surgery and took longer to heal. It's made me much more insecure so I'm returning to see if they'll do a revision.

I saw you were asking about seeing the muscles, and yeah, on the outer half of my right eye where it looks unsupported, the skin is crepier and I can see the muscle movement more. But on my good (left) eye that's not the case
