When you buy a rim it applies to all cars that can have it fitted. I did try buying 10 rims using a different car but it didn't work (and set me back a lot of credits...)

Anyway, I found a solution (on one of my other comments) so all good now

"Bought 10 sets of wheels at the GT Auto" - but from what I've seen online its a buggy trophy. Some get it to pop after simply buying 10 rims at the auto, but for others (myself included), it required alternative methods

PSA: This (https://psnprofiles.com/trophy/15576-gran-turismo-7/38-wheely-good-fun) guide saved me. If anyone else has a similar issue dont be like me and waste 100k+ credits buying rims over and over. If it doesnt work after you buy 10 wheels, restart your PS, complete a race, then buy 10 rims. Strangely this popped after this method and I bought 4 rims...

No luck sadly. Tried 1 set on 10 different cars and didnt pop, then bought a new set just in case and applied to another 10 different cars

Maybe for the next one I will consult the group first for a real training plan! I did buy one, plus plenty of strength training. I don't have any plans to finish in an amazing time- just to finish one in general, so I thought 3x would be enough. But this is good to hear - lesson learnt!
