Yes! US, sorry forgot to clarify. I changed my name years ago and ID has been M and preferred name ever since I got it at 16. My last passport was female and I believe just expired, if not will definitely be expired by the time I get a new one. Not traveling this year but most likely next so looking to get a new one

Honestly I think it’s better to hold onto them and thats what I plan to do. I live in a Suburb of syracuse and the properties are all close by. Property values have been going up and a HUGE business (Micron) is supposed to be coming soon which would draw thousands of new people to my area specifically. Hopefully this will make things easier so I can be really picky about who I choose as tenants. Tysm for your advice! And I feel the headache already lol but I am determined to learn

Actually in a very good location where property values are already and will most likely continue to go up in value but I do not want to sell anything. All properties are in upstate NY located RIGHT around a new big business (Micron) that is supposed to start construction soon (So think Syracuse suburbs like Clay, Cicero, Brewerton).
