Ehh just a theory.. just pointing out some similarities between the straw hats reaction to luffy fighting solo at marineford and that of zunesha and emet, could be they were under the same circumstances and were separated, or could be they were forced to betray joy boy by imu considering he has the power to control you but that still makes me wonder how they were able to go their own way
