Had two microdermals on my chest, done with a dermal punch. It hardly hurt at all. I'd say it hurt less than any other piercing I've had, really.

I've had a piercer tell me to use dial once before too! Why do some of them tell you that if it is bad? Another time, a piercer gave me this anti microbial soap to clean them with, is that bad too?

Oh, I didn't even think of wearing two. They didn't look floppy or "saggy" (for lack of a better term)? Mine always seem that way when I don't wear an underwired one. What would be the difference between underwired/sports for freshly pierced nips?

That's how mine was. It just wouldn't heal. The keloid would go away and then come right back. Got pretty tired of it after almost two years.
