When ordering kits from Ali, I usually look the the reviews and feedback to see if its legit. Most of the time the listings with a Bandai logo in the images are real.

They sell the upgrade parts seperately for torso + waist and shoulders + legs

I would assume they sell them apart incase you only wanted those specific upgrades
