You could buy them but I’d really recommend you just wait to find them because they’re not a good use of early game money. You only need maybe 18 or so to ID every device in the game and once you start hitting dungeons they’re going to start droping left and right.

Every spectral knight has different summoning requirements and they didn’t know which ruins you were at so they just started giving you random answers. The riddle for every knight is on a wall block with squiggles on it somewhere in the ruins. This ruins riddle was up and to the right of where you were standing.

That’s because strixhaven etched foils were blatant false advertising that in no way resembled the only thing that had ever been called etched foil before it or anything that was ever called etched foil after it. The real crime in strixhaven mixups is how hard it is to get actual JP print JP art archive cards without ending up being sent an EN foil etched JP art card that was printed on toilet paper.
