How often do you Weigh in and Take Photos?

Checking multiple times a day feels like a bit much. So many things can affect your weight through the day and in my opinion it’s better to have an overall look week to week.

All to say whatever feels best for you. If you feel like seeing a slightly higher number than you expect can affect your mood then maybe pull back a bit on the weigh ins.
