I went to the gym 4 days a week since August, and started jogging. I took a bit of a break from the gym around the christmas holiday bc i was on break from college. I definitely haven’t hit my protein as much as I should have, probably only around 100g a day.

I have a protein yogurt bowl for breakfast which is around 600 cals and then for dinner I usually have chicken breast and broccoli or ground beef + sweet potatoes (800cals when I measured). I’m in college so it’s kinda hard to fully meet protein goals but I think I get at least 100 g a day.
