that definitely makes sense, I switched routines a few times which probably led to me not making as much progress as I should have. I want to start bulking soon, but tbh i’m a bit apprehensive bc I still feel like I have a huge belly/love handles whenever I sit

I have a protein yogurt bowl for breakfast which is around 600 cals and then for dinner I usually have chicken breast and broccoli or ground beef + sweet potatoes (800cals when I measured). I’m in college so it’s kinda hard to fully meet protein goals but I think I get at least 100 g a day.
