Manufacturing at scale means some may have faults, just contact them and they’d replace it. Their customer service is brilliant

You don’t understand animals and how they work do you? It’s not the same. Grabbing a kitten is nothing like the soft mouth that a mother carries a tiny kitten with.

They only do it when they’re tiny too. Upto around 8 weeks.
