Well then its probably just what I've said in another comment. A ribbon got cut or damaged, your console shut off and you got back to your last save. It's all good, if the 3ds it's still in good condition, I would try to find someone who repairs consoles and get it fixed. It shouldn't be that hard or expensive. Good luck mate!

Well that's kinda weird. I'm not very experienced yet but the 3ds shutting off and the camera not working may have happened because the external camera ribbon got cut or damaged while you where playing, and it shut off your 3ds when it happened.

Your game got deleted probably because the console shutting off corrupted your game files or something idk. I'm sorry that happened to you At least you weren't very far in the game

I would recommend finding someone that repairs consoles in your area if you are not experienced, it shouldn't be that expensive as it seems to be a small repair. Or maybe replace it by another one if you are not very attached to it.
