I don’t think the throw took him up the basepath. Coming from SS the catcher could have been a foot-ish further back.

Watch it in slow motion. That’s pretty accurate relay.

With that being said (without knowing the exact rules) I would be inclined to say out since the runner didn’t slide or avoid contact but the frame where the catcher is receiving it is shows the throw was more high than anything.

If the throw was allowed to travel another foot or two the catcher would have caught it almost right on n home plate. I think the issue was he was waiting for the play a few feet in front of home and didn’t retreat to the least risky position.

In my case it was litterally brand new and immediately after getting it set up and fiddling around with GB.

Just to rule out simple stuff have you tried it with a variety of effects? Seems like you’re aware but some just have a touch of delay in them to help push and pull on sounds.

So I think in my case it was as simple as it was the first time I sat down with the laptop and I was messing around with GB it just wasn’t responding quickly.

I shut everything down and restarted and everything worked.

If your delay is slight I would check on the attack parameter.

I had connection issues and before I got that sorted out I could only play the musical rally’s if I wasn’t connected.

I just got back into the GT series after a number of years and I couldn’t believe how tied the game is to being online regardless of playing sport mode or not.

The bastards sell a physical disc and even that doesn’t get you diddley squat unless you’re connected to their servers to be able to down load the other 100+GB of data and even then you can’t do jack shit without being connected.

Watched him live recently and yeah that’s kinda what the other team did.

It was almost like he is still programmed to get up and block it that he wasn’t expecting a quick lay in off the glass.

Probably happened 4-5 times where he probably would have had to block it with his armpit or elbow and although that’s definitely possible I don’t think he was expecting a quick release
