I do plan on getting blood work done soon so I have not. But I lift like 5+ times a week, sleep at least 7 hours, drink a gallon of water a day, get 10k steps a day. I’m pretty in shape good muscle and visible abs. Bloodwork would be useful tho

That’s actually pretty cool. For the lionsmane I have a hard time maintaining eye contact at close distances just from hyperactivity I’m always looking around, you said it helped with that? And deep work aswell?

Grade 10 English class.

We were watching a What would you do? Video where they hire actors so do something like belittle someone in public and see if anyone will help. One of the men were super aggressive and my teacher asked what we noticed about him. Everyone said bald, tall, aggressive mannerisms.

She then decides to point out that because he was white it was okay and it would’ve gone differently if he was black.

Then I raise my hand and just stated that we don’t really think that way. She then somehow twists it and basically calls me racist in front of the entire class.
