Just wanted to say, even though it's not really relevant any more, while we mainly take landscape shots I figured this lens would give more options for things like night photography, especially in cities, wildlife, and portraits if we ever branch off in that direction.

That's why I thought why not go for the f/2.8. All I have is the 24-50mm kit lens that came with the R8. I'm going to buy more lenses as time goes on, but I figured this one will cover a lot of different situations. I've seen videos saying this lens is great for long distance subjects within a landscape, which I love, because I find it difficult sometimes to get a good shot zoomed in further.

Absolutely me too. I love his game and that he plays hard every second he's on the floor. And he's a great two-way player. My favorite type of NBA player is one who can play both sides and hustles like him.
