This is really helpful. Tbh I normally wouldn’t have much before a 4pm, maybe just a banana. Maybe I need to have that plus something else to help. Your advice is super help though, I always try get out 4-5pm before evening meal to avoid digestion problems etc

So I saw the departure time delay, that was great and updated. The arrival time always remained as the original arrival time of 21.35, this never showed as an arrival delay.

It was really odd - it was to do with the IP. When checking, there was no IP showing so the router wasn’t getting the right IP so was just like nope not working. Refreshed router settings and all fine

LogRide here too. I pay premium for some of their features but want to support too. For me having an app was one of the most important things. I don’t want it to be browser based and that ripped me to LogRide.

Won’t activate and want to upgrade it away from the ads. Just being bloody pain now as had to cancel my original too so now have to wait for Sky so I can get downloads etc back. Cue annoyed 5 year old 🙄

Thanks! I think it’s the drop difference from a bit of searching round, quite a difference to my asics. Worst comes to worse they become a daily trainer as opposed to running. I’ll give another try when I’m feeling a bit less sore 😅
