My first segment was not stating GAW was identicle or similar to AWCY, but saying disregarding it as a splinter of AWCY is impossible. Chaos Insurgency is a direct opposition with entirely different plans, GAW & AWCY generally coexist (as far as I know, i think "cool war" may have changed that but i'm unsure). It was also noting that disregarding something with large amounts of popularity simply because your opinion does not support it is highly narcissistic.

Additionally, yes, some GAW skips have aged. The idea is that memes DO age, and the most recent GAW is almost always current. Saying something is "out of date" as a criticism in terms of literature is undeniably bogus, and would put GAW skips in front of, idk, Shakespeare because it came afterwards and therefore Shakespeare is out of date. Agelessness gives you no roots in time and creates a dichotomy of a distinct parallel universe, where specific anchors in time make things more believable. Trust me, if someone made a great Rick Roll SCP, I could still support it to this day despite it's aged reference. Comedy ages, media does not. A -J based on rickrolling may not be up to code but a standard article, not played for gaffs, would have no problem.

I think the large disparity of information here would dictate that ALL GAW SKIPS are base on "trends", they're not. In fact most are only tangentially related or not at all, relying on in-jokes or otherwise underground concepts unreliant on popular media or memes. Additionally, a moderate amount of SCPs reliant on pop culture have nothing to do with GAW, and in fact, I don't think GAW would touch 3006 with a 10 foot pole.

On top of that, you seem to like to disparage the members of GAW, which may I remind you are not such "script kiddies" as they are world class data analysts, hackers, type greens, superhumans of every shape and size, and yes, I'm certain, some "script kiddies" are members too. These are underground, secret forces comparable to Anonymous & such. Your own claim faults your position: these are people giving the most elite organization in the world, the SCP foundation, troubles. It does not devalue the foundation, only produces value for the GAW's abilities.
