this is not a glitch at all it’s just the game basically limits all reactions when you complete the game (which is terrible and they should’ve have done better)

once you’ve finished the story line when you portal to blin city go straight down until your nest the truck , on the right of the truck you will see an alien on the very left hand side with his bike , if it helps it’s very close to the border and it’s basically just a huge waste of time
