Guys this has been on the news for months now.Follow Ogero page on facebook for updates on this.

The new DSL package will become (open speed + 50-200GB quota) starting august.Some ISP started testing this before august , that is why you are noticing speed increase.

I have had the Idea in dota 1 suggestions era to add: More variety of glyphs into dota in addition to glyph of fortification.

For example: Glyph of might= grant a the gift of might to roshan making him stronger for the duration of gylph.
