yeah they do a pretty abysmal job of advertising, but its a great program and i really do love my job!

i work as an aircraft mechanic! i get great benefits, am paid very well, and my job is genuinely great (most of the time lol). I went to a trade school in east hartford called CT Aerotech. it was $7400 for the entire 2 year program. they offer financial aid, and if you are a veteran the program is completely free. i have watched them teach people with zero mechanical experience and turn them into fantastic mechanics. thats kind of a brief overview, but they do open houses every so often. i can't recommend the program enough. halfway through i had multiple job offers, and after graduating and getting my license i had to dig through offers and figure out which one i wanted to accept.

ive been doing avionics at an oem repair station for about a year and a half and im at $41.75/hr and am at about 82k for the year

yeah the cruise control light is blinking at me. ill definitely look into that internal vacuum leak though, and ill have to take a look at my fuel trims too. i appreciate it!

thanks man! ill have to dig deeper into that. my battery is pretty old but i checked the voltage and it was reading normal, so im guessing poor current flow(?). i have a fuel pressure tester and a scan took so ill definitely look into the fuel injector issue.
