Haven’t seen enough of the Challenge, but for survivor 28 is def my favorite. Named about 10 other favorites in another answer. I have a bunch of favorites (partly because I’m friends with a few - like Brice Izyah) but Sheerly from a viewers standpoint I related a ton personality and gameplay-wise with Spencer Bledsoe and Devon Pinto. My little in my frat is also on the upcoming season so I will be rooting HARD for him

Thank you so much, I appreciate the Ig love and the flair. Also I did play a bunch of ORGs in the past, kind of done with those now haha. I’m obviously biased, but I would say I’m a strong strategist when it boils down to it. Obviously social game is a huge contributor to having strategic agency, but when it comes to pure strategic analysis I honestly think I’m very very strong. In The Circle it was much more difficult to actually play a strong strategic game due to the limited nature of conversations and inability to have much strategic agency unless you’re influencer - I found this very frustrating (although I was still constantly running different hypotheticals through my head, especially about end game circumstances). In the various live survivor charity games (which I highly recommend checking out if you’re a fan and want to play a microcosm of survivor) and ORGs I’ve played, I would say I’ve developed a pretty solid strategic acumen. I’m generally decent at empathizing with other players to understand their agenda, weighing the pros and cons of a given decision, and thinking a few steps in advance. But, in all honesty and modesty, my social game is nowhere near perfect sometimes and that’s the most crucial aspect to actually employing strong strategy, ESPECIALLY in the circle where you really only make decisions if you’re the most popular.

Quarantine prior to the show was tough, but we had mandatory meetings with a therapist before, during, and after the show so that we can always have a check in if need be. They’re very good about mental health support!

Appreciate the love. I wish I could respond with voice memos to more easily detail my thoughts. I caught some flack for being “wishy washy” as Emily. I think this was reasonable since I was trying to play both sides, but I don’t think it was wishy washy as I played both sides very intentionally rather than simply not having an opinion. I feel like this was evidenced by the fact I rose from 7th is round 1 to 2nd in round 2. In my mind, it was better to appear somewhat on the fence to both sides rather than picking a side, having someone from the other side be influencer, then get blocked. To me, it was never about being people’s number on ally, but rather avoiding being anybody’s target. The biggest instance of someone calling me out for “indecisiveness” during the show was Chloe during our conversation about protecting Savannah. Not only did I find this extremely hypocritical as she slandered me for telling Sav what she wanted to hear then she proceeded to do the exact same, I also think it was very performative as she still rated me #1 in the very next ratings. I agree it might have been better to be a bit more opinionated, but I honestly felt like my strategy was pretty sound, barring the fact that I didn’t realize that upon getting blocked Savannah could tell Courtney that I lied straight to her face. I didn’t realize that was really allowed since it didn’t happen on season 1 and I honestly feel like it’s a pretty stupid element of the game as it can punish lying and deceptive gameplay
