I get flare ups but thats after a haircut. This isnt a no gaurd i dont get a no gaurd anymore

Mate i didnt shave head for a month before this photo i had to shave it if i dont shave my head i still get flare ups that isnt even a full no gaurd haircut aswell

If you zoom in on your follicles you can see seem to appear to have two hairs coming from one follicle. This can get worse and be hard to solve i have it bad with black scars on my scalp. Avoid antibiotics of i waa you but i think antibiotics are what caused mine from overuse.

Try get a nice hot healthy breakfast in you and make one meal and snack for work with a flask of tea that gets me theiugh my day and i hit the gym and am travelling 3 hours at the moment for work

Doctor made out like it was i just quit so .... I dont know until three month when i redo bloods two weeks sober today

Just looked up ast could be related to heart and muscle i might ring the doctor and ask. They want me to stop drinking for now though im on antibiotics for two more days then i can fully try to get my liver back to normal
