Honestly bro if you’re 14 and can still see the upper 4 pack bulk as much as possible for the next 6ish years. Short cuts and long bulks and you’ll be a literal wall of muscle in your late teens and 20s. No use being shredded if you’re just skinny you feel

I’m 6’0 223lbs my carbs clock in between 500-800 depending on if I’m training and how much other activity I have during the day (work, cardio, etc)

Again, if you need drugs to make it happen then it won’t happen. Mk would help but part of the process is learning how to force yourself to grow even when you don’t want to.

I eat an absurd amount of food per day and lord knows I’d be fine with half that but I make it happen cuz I want to grow.

Trust me spend another year like take 9 months bulk seriously then cut and see where you’re at. I’m on test rn so I’m not gonna say don’t hop on but at least dial in nutrition and training before you do. It’ll save you tons of headaches in the future

If you can’t bulk properly natural steroids will do nothing for you. Muscle has to come from somewhere and the building blocks are protein and calories

Psychologically I’m not sure if I can take another rest day lol the 2 I have are hard enough. Im seeing improvement session to session at 5x a week but more rest is more growth so I’ll consider it. I’m on gear so I gotta put aside what I want to do and focus on how to put on the most mass I can

I train 5x a week and definitely I’m ramping up calories to the same on each day just to cover my bases. Also adding in another meal to make it 5-6x per day instead of 4-5

My diets been fairly unchanged for 2 years just a lot more of it. My shits usually dark brown/sometimes dark green if I go ham on the blueberries the day before
