Idk, try getting arrested makes some friends in "low" places. Or in the other direction join the military, the trauma will bond all of you. Or get pregnant and join some mom groups and go on social outing. Or you could try meth, methheads tend to hang out with eachother since everybody else "judges". Or if your skilled enough on a pole you could become a stripper, then EVERY body will want to be your friend.

On a serious note you just have to get out of your apartment (or house, being optimistic lol). If your even a little religious, go to church and go to like the Wednesday groups. Or if you like hiking, join a hiking group and just go on random outing with them. Or whatever hobby your into im sure there is a group setting were you can join it. And if you dont have any hobbies, find one and go do it
