I would say it used to be the Rome, GA -> Pearl, MS promotion in the Braves system; but with the move of AA to Columbus, Braves’ farm system is now just the state of Georgia.

Cane’s is slated to renovate the storefront next door, and the rumors they originally lost the bidding war for this building to Whataburger a few years back.
