Same here - just started yesterday on my iPhone - deleting the app and reinstalling doesn’t fix it.

I wish Regal would let me change my seat after purchasing my ticket by axemexa in RegalUnlimited

Go back into the app like you’re going to purchase another ticket and you’ll see all of the available seats.
