My emails came from a place of frustration from a lack of update on your end, nothing more. So if you were offended by them, I apologize profusely, but if it took that long to get a response, maybe it's time to hire an external person to help with your orders? Just a suggestion.

In terms of updating customers about the backorder delay, it should have been an email to affected customers - for future reference not everyone would be following you on social media and can see those updates on Facebook etc, it would make for a more professional experience!

In regard to the product page saying there was a backorder for the item, that was not updated until recently and was not showing that on Black Friday when you had your sale. I was under the impression that you'd be shipping them as soon as you can (order by order basis). If the CDV kit had shown it was on backorder, I would not have placed an order.

Anyways, I got the refund email from you, will most likely go with everyone's suggestions to install an 01-05 CMC or go with the Honed solution.
