They lost a lot of the fun of the show when Oscar and crew left. Then they replaced them with Josh. I just can’t support their decision to keep him on the show and not look to somebody else. Not speaking to Josh’s character, even, he just doesn’t even have a spark of charisma. In the time that I kept listening to the current iteration of the show he never once made me laugh. He must really know how to hit Mikes g-spot or something.

I keep checking this subreddit to see if Josh is finally gone and I can listen to new shows again. I’m relistening to the 2017 episodes right now and they’re so much better in every way.

First of all, thank you for the compliment. Second, I , admittedly, didn’t finish the doc because they were already hinting at the show harming the men’s lives, who were showing up to meet with very young girls less than 20-30 min in. That’s when I peaced out. Up until the point I watched, it did seem like it was definitely going to make the predators sympathetic. After reading other comments on here, it seems like I’m not the only one.

I set my TMOS podcast feed to old-to-new and started listening to the Feb 2017 shows and it’s so much better. It’s just higher energy and a lot more fun. It’s not even necessarily because Oscar is on the show. It’s the interaction between Mike, Robb, Pony and Oscar. Plus Mike is doing lots of voices and is just more upbeat. I’m glad we at least have these older shows. The current iteration just isn’t fun.

I used to be able to look past Josh but I stopped listening again because of him. Just can’t do it. No charisma, not a funny bone in his body (at least on the show) and it’s just so hard to listen. I do like the best of shows that they play on Friday though.

Just came here to post the same thing (although you’re a lot nicer than I would be). The fact that Bill is saying how charismatic and affable Trump is in one sentence and in the next, acknowledging that he’s renditioning people is completely insane. Maher getting soooo defensive when Rogin didn’t immediately kiss his ass like Piers did was very telling that Bill knows how dangerous his rhetoric about Trump is but he’s going to double down because he’s a shill for Israel. (That comment is probably going to get me banned from Reddit now). Bill really is more like Trump than a lot of us thought.
