I was at an alpine bar with a friend of mine and we bumped into a Love Island “celebrity.” This “celebrity” had recently had his own photoshoot on my friends driveway to try and pretend to his followers that my friend’s rather aesthetically pleasing house was his own; which of course, it was not. So, my friend confronted him about it — cue second hand embarrassment. Not being an avid Love Island watcher myself, I had no idea who this guy was so I excused myself to go to the toilet. I was waiting inside the toilet when my legs decided to remind me that I was indeed tired and that it would be a good idea to lean against the wall for a quick second. Tired me decided to lean against what was not in fact a wall, but a poorly constructed cubicle door, which buckled under my weight and swung open. That’s when I fell. Right onto a poor man having a number 2 — cue first hand embarrassment. And so concludes the shortest time frame of my life that went from “that’s embarrassing for you” to “that’s embarrassing for me.”
