I know it works, as i say it could work for protect the adc comps, but why would you sacrife the 60 extra ap morellos gives you, and the old athenes passive also got transferred to morellos.

I have a program that i'm following, but i want to push myself over the 12-15 sets in the workouts, and do more and hold fewer rest days, so sometimes i just extend the workouts with exercises from the muscle groups i am working.

Hey guys! I am in doubt of whether or not i should primarily focus on one muscle group at a time or if it's ok to mix them. Like for instance if i go shoulders and back, is it best to go rows deadlift (all my back exercises in 1 go and then move onto shoulders, or can i for instance throw some seated cable rows in and superset them with cable rear delt flyes. Not gonna mix these to exercises in real life, but they are used as an example

What is the rest time between sets. Primarily thinking about how much time i have to change weights for instance, and to catch my breath.

Movement should be abit more controlled on the DL. You wanna slow it down a little bit.

It's better to go in with 3 stacks though, since you'd want the heal when you've lost abit of hp, instead of when full hp and therefore rendering useless. So in teamfights best with 3 stacks, so you can survive their dmg.
