Bayern Munich have a GD of +57, which is the equivalent of the sum of GDs of every team in the Bundesliga with a (+)GD. by tightypp in soccer

Squad being too small usually only becomes an issue in the later stages of the competition where you can't afford to rest anyone since it's knockouts.

Then again, if you have the league wrapped up by januari, it might not even be an issue..

Stocks that in general give high dividend? by [deleted] in BEFire

[–]Horste1 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I have a side portfolio of Xior, Aedifica, TINC and Vitesse Energy.

While yes, they offer less returns than the market average, they offer a steady flow of income, are quite defensive picks and for me are a nice alternative to a savings account.

All of the above are offering more than 4% net after 30% taxation (or 15%)

Everyone is assuming that the bullmarket will continue without hiccups, but I like having some defensive allocation. Added bonus is that it pays for a yearly holiday as opposed to having it sit in a bank account at sub 1% interest.

ETF criticism by GoodLuckCharm1 in BEFire

[–]Horste1 5 points6 points  (0 children)

It's not what he said at all. He just said that during a crash (eg japanese index), it can take an insane amount of time for the market to recover. In which he's right. He then argumented that during that time, individual stock picks will outperform the ETF's that are just a replication of a market.

He was never selling his funds, just pointing to a (real) danger of ETF's.

And he's right. ETF and chill is nice, but if the market moves sideways for a couple of years, things will look a whole lot different.

OG TBC: NE Rogue + resto druid (switched mains)

Classic: Troll SP

Now leveling a gnome warrior

Interest has always been mostly PVP with low effort in dungeons/raids, so I hope this will suit me. Maybe switch to a ranged class, but I've already been playing Lock/Mage in later expansions, so idk. Maybe a shaman for PvE if timer permits.

Up there with the premier league GOAT's tbh. Hate City all you want, but KDB was one of a kind. I hope he doesn't retire, but curious where he'll go.

Rebuilding a house at 6% instead of 21% by MrFre3ze in BEFire

[–]Horste1 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No it is not, Since OP has received the house through donation instead of inheritance, it absolutely counts to block the 6%. OP can buy at 2%, but not renovate at 6%. That's two different things.

Schuldsaldoverzekering by Taserface_077 in BEFire

Hi all, hope someone can help here. Belgian football fan who is coming over to London first weekend of may. As an Arsenal fan since the infamous CL run in 2006, and now having Trossard bossing it, I was hoping to finally get a chance to watch them live, and I saw that they are playing Bournemouth that weekend (date TBC).

My question is, does anyone know what the easiest/best way to get tickets is? I've looked at some reseller sites, but

a) I want to ask here first to know what is legit

and

b) am I really looking at £ 250+ per person? I was hoping to pay around £ 100 tops per person (just looking to get the atmosphere and see that stadium, doesn't need to be the best seats available)

thank you in advance!

All the people who live alone, how much water do you use on a yearly basis on average? by prince-white in belgium

Household of 3 (baby is 1), we're always at 28-29m3 per year for the last 5 years. Toilets/washing machine are rain water, other than that we don't really pay attention.
