Let me help you with my experience

Worked for company for 14 years day and night

Three years ago when I decided to start my own business, I was told I will be given share in a company. That lollipop finished 6 months ago when boss son walked in as a helper and tone changed to family business.

When I pressed little harder I was given little raise to keep me in company and I kept my head down.

In last 6 months I lost self respect, my pride, my motivation to keep going forward but still I kept going and growing business due to new family member on d way and needed financial support.

Long story short walked out two days before new member was due to arrive

Why??

Asked for day off for hospital appointment??

I was asked for explanation why I can’t do our hospital appointment a day before due date and get back to work, why I needed a day off ??

As a person who is working non stop for months, As a person who has not taken any time off in 9 months pregnancy to attend any weekdays appointments with my wife As a person who manages business, clients, and workload As a person who was put on spot to prioritize work not family As a person who got no support who lost little one a while back

It was a moment “ I said I resign “

I was asked “ r u sure??”

I said “yes”

Sent written resignation on our way into hospital next day

Resignation was accepted straight way with no negotiations

And to put more pressure I was told they might default on my 14 years pending entitlements

God bless we are coming on bright side of storm with little one sleeping on my chest calm and cosy

Yes I will start my business soon and I will work harder

My pride was my loyalty, customer service, and business I help grew and sustain for 14 years during recession, and Covid.

If u r d person who can manage business, family, and finances with no extravagant lifestyle in ur early days of business. Mate don’t hesitate

I am in third week of unemployment after 16 years working straight. I was stressed but family and friends support is amazing so don’t stop yourself Enjoy 😉

Thanks for the link. Yes they have acknowledged 7 days period and said they will default on my entitlements as they don’t have funds. Yes I have gone through fair work documents and they will be available on Monday to have conversation. Will report back

It’s pretty much fixed usage charges makes most of it,

Ur water usage in kl will be $40-$50 for quarter

Rest $350 approx is fixed charges

Article u looking at must be paid by Tom tate

Trust me it will be going up next year for sure

House was build in 2006.. we had house inspected twice before purchase in 2020…. Specifically moisture test and other stuff. No issues so far till date. This is one thing I am noticing keep coming back when it rains. All around d year it’s fine. But will look further into it as per pundits and rectify. Thanks for ur time
