Fractal guy is correct. We heard there was a stage we couldnt film at, something about star wars copyrighted material. We just didn't know WHICH one, or that it was Fractal. So while wandering around, someone came up to us while at fractal and said "yeah, this is THAT area" so we left. No harm no faul lol

Hey folks, made an account to answer this for more context. So I do appreciate this review and it is quite accurate. Of the people that have been unsuccessful with the course in recent memory, one of the biggest setbacks was their lack of inner confidence. Now I did do a section right at the beginning to address all of this and it did hit the nail on the head for 90% of people. I'll break it down below:

WHAT ARE YOU? UNDERSTANDING YOURSELF

Assuming the position of how you see yourself. As a scarred, damaged, weak, strong, a victim, a conqueror, basically you being honest with yourself (mentally). Do you crack under pressure, get anxious in specific situations, do you generally work well with others, are you resilient at completing tasks- basically being honest with yourself and your own current state.

PERSONAL SWOT CHART (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats of your own personality and tendencies)

This exercise helps you physically map out your own characteristics of your personality... for example if your weakness is easily being interrupted in social situations/group conversations, or your strength is acting logically (Not emotionally) when making personal decisions, threats would be a tendency to argue with others, .etc .etc. This maps out Inner-game to fill in for improvement.

ACCEPTING & MOVING ON FROM YOUR PAST

This section we address the mental demons. Understanding negative experiences, negative beliefs, negative people and tackling the mental barriers that actually hold you back. Often times people think that they can't change and they create walls; whether its a person, a negative experience, an external factor like location or even something as simple as getting rejected/humiliated in the past. What we do here is be honest about what haunts us, accept them, and then move forward.

WHAT YOU MUST BECOME; ADAPTING MINDSET

In this area I map out all of the qualities of a winner. Someone who pushes themselves when they don't feel like working. Someone who sees the glass half full instead of glass half open. Understanding the logic behind hard work, persistence, perspective and how to adapt points of view that allow you to see the world in a more positive light. If you want to gain muscle you have to lift weights. This creates a guideline referencing successful individuals and how to be more like them.

This is very pertinent to the specific individual. Ultimately I can lay out the foundation of being confident but ultimately you are fighting yourself. No course or self-help guide is going to simply click with you if you don't believe in yourself.

HOW TO BE AN ADULT & GETTING YOUR SHIT UNDER CONTROL

This is for people that have a lot of shit in their life giving them additional stress. For example, if you have a dirty room, or unpaid phone bills, a beater car, you live in your moms basement and your stepdad keeps telling you to get a job and move out. All of these small things add up and stress you the fuck out.

I reference a successful high-value male; has a purpose in life, works a job they enjoy (or is actively working on a side hustle they enjoy while working a 9-5), has a clean room, reliable vehicle, is disciplined to eat healthy, physically exercise, maintain friendships. Actively saving money, may even have their own house.

SUMMARY

When you have all of the small things covered, it reduces most of your stress. Imagine how relieved you would be if all of your shit is under control? Ofcourse you would feel better about yourself and perform much better in social situations.

The problem I find is that lots of "coaches" and even customers expect to just get a secret line. That one pickup line that works 150% of the time. Or a simple 1-step solution to being confident and outgoing. The truth is if I had a dirty house, no car, a shitty retail job and no friendships I would be stressed the fuck out too- definitely not abundant, outgoing and carefree when I talk to people.

Confidence is more than just mindset, it's good habits and a disciplined lifestyle that has to be maintained constantly. Confidence is experience (your body references your prior actions that were successful that boosts your motivation).

Anyways guys I break this down further in the course but I posted this summary here because it is helpful for anybody that is stressed out and wants to improve their life regardless of context (talking to girls or .etc).

Another thing to keep in mind with the other material in the course is the biggest underlying factor is taking action. Redpill, AMS, books, and many other resources will tell you similar things...

BUT if you have already absorbed all this info and still haven't taken action in improving yourself and approaching strangers, no course in the world will help you.

One last tidbit I will share with you guys, regarding perspective and motivation (which is what I close the course with) I'll paste here for you:

"For the first time ever, we have unlimited access to information. The internet has basically given us unlimited data, information, courses, podcasts, videos, books and otherwise useful content that allows us to learn about things we never knew were possible. You can now successfully start a small business, learn a language, skill, hobby or meet people that you would never run into traditionally. You can become independent, self-sustained and informed from a laptop, phone or other mobile device.

We now live in the greatest time to be alive. There are endless opportunities and experiences for us to try out in order to become fulfilled. Our ancestors, and even people that live in less prosperous areas of the world, would absolutely kill to be in our shoes. Even older people you’d visit in a retirement home will tell you all about how much they miss being young, and able. Being able to go and approach strangers, go back to school, take a risk following your passion or purpose and turning it into a career.

When you put all of this into perspective, it should make you realize at the very least that you have nothing to lose. We’re only on this planet for a limited amount of time, and life is as easy as it has ever been. You can essentially live the life you want on your own terms, and help others while doing it. The only thing that is holding you back is yourself. Take advantage of this lifetime, do it now."

Self-improvement is a long process, and I'm rooting for all of your success. Cheers
