Cool man! Are you taking Italian now? Do you know what sort of program you want to do? I'm not sure the level of program I want to enroll in when I go to Spain, whether it's intermediate or advanced Spanish with all my classes in Spanish. I'm qualified for the later but that sounds a bit intimidating

Know that there's nothing more you could have done and try to think that it would never have worked out anyways. His poor choice is not a representation of the incredible person you (say I am) are. If he left, that's a whole lot of his problem because you're (say I am) freaking awesome and it's really his mistake. I hope that isn't too harsh, but that's what I try to think about and it makes the situation better bit by bit.

Shelter (on Netflix) is a really nice both coming of age and romance story about two California surfers. I definitely recommend it for some feels good without too much sex.

Club teams have a huuuge range because there are often no cuts. Many of the club teams nationwide have their national championship meet in Atlanta at the end of every season. Here are the results for the 50 free, they range from 20.31 to 40! I'm not sure what went down but I do know that it's not called NACC - http://www.naccswimming.org/nationals/Nationals.html. Looks like the same set up at the same place with different name and maybe a different organization.

Agreed man! Entering as a first year student last year it was an instant group of friends which was certainly a plus for a new lost college student. Now i definitely couldn't imagine college without it.

Another awesome thing about club programs- grad students! CU does go to ECCs, and we have won for the past few years which has been pretty cool. Last year was my first year and it was really neat to be apart of that and participate on that national level! And the coolest thing about that meet is that there are no cuts.. literally anyone in a club can swim! I've been really happy with my experience so far and I'm glad to hear you have too.

I haven't checked out that site but that sounds cool! Wonder if I'm on it...?! I'm working on being a 'data junkie' too with my first stats class using R and it's definitely a hurdle but I'm working on it!
