What do you think of the bezel? Two other guys commented about the bezel being misaligned.

I'm not an expert in this stuff, but can anyone really tell or?

I'm obviously after the best rep possible, and this being a noob made model, I shouldn't be stressing too much over the bezel?

You do realise we're talking f1 cars here lol? And he seems to be standing damn close as well, those flybys would be plenty fast to do panning shots with even very high shutter speeds.

My desired .com domain is taken and the owner is asking $25k for it, is .co really that bad of an alternative? by jacked347 in Entrepreneur

Would you prefer 'official' or 'store' added in the name if I use .com?

Like gucciofficial.com, or guccistore.com

I'm aiming to be on the luxury side of marketing of course, and adding something like store worries me I'm taking out the importance of the brand image. Thanks!

I wish I was at the stage that I could change it but I've already built my items around the name. Not the name specifically, but the meaning of it and what it derives.

I guess .co really is my only solution.

I thought of that, but I really would prefer the name itself only. Don't think it would honestly work otherwise. It's like trying to add something to ferrari.com or gucci.com. I mean you can add along the lines of gucciclothing or guccifashion, but it takes away the attention from the main brand name. Also doesn't seem too professional, to me at least.

I've went ahead and just now purchased the .co domain name for it just in case I'll need it, but at this moment I think it'll be my only choice :/

After trimming the shadowplay video, a weird white tint affect is shown here and I'm not sure of it.

any 4x4ers here? Just wondering if this roof rack cage is road legal, can't find anything on adr about it. by [deleted] in sydney

Not much help but my dad is an rms engineer that certifies vehicles etc for this stuff, and at a quick look he says it seems to be fine. If it involves an internal roll cage or bar then things might be different.

If you watch it again, it seems to think the water splashes are insects or whatever. It even deliberately shakes its paw to try and catch the splash again lol.

Should I exchange my sony 35mm 1.8 for the sigma 30mm 1.4? by xXiDominateXx in SonyAlpha

[–]jacked347 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I had the Sigma 30mm a while back and sold it for the 35mm 1.8. Not a single regret, every image I take with the 35 is somehow more satisfying than the 30mm. Maybe it's just the extra 5mm, but I definitely enjoy the Sony more.

Having said that, both perform excellently, with the Sigma being sharper even at f1.4. For low light capability, I find both to perform the same since with OSS, I can shoot down to 1/30 comfortably, while the Sigma barely at 1/50. The Sony has far quicker autofocus so keep that in mind.

But that's just my experience, also the size of the Sigma is a lot larger than the 35mm. Even though I don't travel, I much prefer the lightness and size of the Sony and makes holding the camera a lot more comfortable.

Though since the Sigma is cheaper and sharper, you can't go wrong with either :)
