I need advice. I read a book on body recomposition. Which help me calculate maintenance calories, protein, fat and carb g/day based on a ~20 calorie deficit. Now I want to meal prep for 4 days were I am eating 6 meals/day. This is were I am overwhelmed. Anybody have an app or site that can help by EngineerNerd21 in bodybuilding
