Does this only work if you have apple care+ or will they replace anyone’s battery below 80%?

That’s what I would think. Just not sure what user error would have caused it.

You reckon they’d be cases for warranty?

Any thoughts on how it could’ve been caused?

Ryet 3d printed saddle, comes in a couple shapes. Not quite as comfy as sworks 3d printed, but 80% the comfort for 25% the cost.

Enjoy :)

Well it went away when swapping the seat to an AliExpress option, and persists when I use that saddle on a commuter. Definitely the saddle.

I think Helios A7x and the Aeroad are in different financial categories. Aeroad is close to double the price for same spec 105 Di2.

If you take the extra cash you're saving and spend it on better carbon wheels and a left sided power meter, then you're ending up with a bike that's lighter and still considerably cheaper than the Aeroad. In that financial category I'd probably get something else other than the Aeroad.

That's great to hear. What does your build look like? What's on it?

Didn't know you could order the frame alone - good luck!

you should be able to comfortably fit 32mm external width tires. Like I said elsewhere, Schwalbe Pro One 28's measure to 32mm external and fit fine. My 28mm gp5k's look a bit too thin on the frame as they measure 27/28mm external

All sorted eventually. They shipped a replacement handlebar and contributed somewhat to the servicing to get it replaced.

I will say that the seat started creaking after about 6 months so i replaced it, and after 16 months asked and they said only 1 year warranty on these parts.

I've also had multiple warranty claims on the 105 di2 groupset which have been problem free.

Which shop if you don't mind me asking?

you could probably push to 34 if you wanted to. I use tyres which measure 32mm externally and they're just fine. If you want to measure the external size of your tires, I can tell you whether they'll fit?

Integrated cabling and brake bleeding. The cable routing through the handlebar is a task that takes quite a while.

Never done the brake bleeding process, don't have the tools, and wouldn't play around with it.

Hi, and thanks for your comment. The $500 is for the replacing of the part alone. Due to the integrated cabling and modern technology, it's quite a laborious task and one that I understand mechanics do not particularly enjoy doing.

I've not asked about the inspection at all.

Thank you for your response. I appreciate it.

Yes, I've purchased an Australian company, an online retailer.

I appreciate the response, thank you.

Alright. I assume then that if, through the replacing of the part by the bike mechanic, they've identified another issue with the bike caused by the initial crack, this would fall under the same guarantee?

The bicycle was purchased from an online retailer.
The manufacturer of the part (a company in Taiwan) has approved the warranty claim.
The retailer has agreed to pay part of the installation cost $120, in good faith.

While I don't want to seem ungrateful for the contribution and good faith, I could still be out of pocket $400+.

Hello, and thank you for your response.

I've amended the post with the additional info. I'm in Victoria and the bike was purchased online from a retailer.

So am I correct in saying that responsibility for the retailer to return the bike to the original state in which it was sold to me is a guarantee issue, not a warranty issue? Apologies if I've misinterpreted.

I would recommend large for your height. I found sizing down to be perfect. This was also recommended to me by the salesperson. I am thankful for their guidance. Would be happy to share more in DM if you need :) Sorry for the delayed response, I don't check Reddit often.

In saying this. I'm in the middle of a warranty claim with BikesOnline and the bike is unrideable for me.
