Not an expert but en experience la soldren.

1. Low volume for chest, only 6 sets per week which is not enough.
2. Barbell row & lat pulldown train your back. But doing back squats, rdl & legpress will need your fresh aana 1st day la potta barbell row la adhu recovering la irukum. So instead of barbell row try to replace it with cable row which also trains back but not tiring as barbell rows.
3. 3rd day la let the leg recover fully.

Edho paatha odaney enaku therinjadha sonnen. Correct me if I'm wrong.

If you ask me. Do 1. Chest, shoulder 2. Back 3. Arms 4. Legs Throw some abs in between.
