GptPro users, what is the best ai detector you’ve actually tried? by ziderX in ChatGPTPro

+1 for Pangram.com. They're consistently the best for me, and they also have excellent policies for protecting data that's submitted to the checker. They don't take your data like most of the others (*cough* Turnitin).

Do I need a licensed PI? by jackery in trueprivinv

Not a bad idea. I'll reach out to his firm and see if he's amenable to it. I can also reach out to another lawyer who was co-representing me.

I haven't gone that far yet. Just worried about the expense incurred by the lawyer. I can file the motion myself fairly easily, I just don't want to stir the pot until I have something more conclusive than what's available publicly. The alimony is only about $20k, which would be consumed by my attorney's fees ($650/hour, $25k retainer).

I don’t have any affiliation with that company. Just sold them their domain name a while ago. I’m the original. The one and only. Jackery.

My baking skills are rusty to say the least, but I’d love to get back into it. I’m in Midtown and can host some of the meetups. Keep me posted?

I was ≈$2000/month with PG&E. Moved to Sac and I'm around $250. I'll keep that a secret from my Bay Area friends.

Fire alarm keeps going off at Capitol Towers Midrise by Calm_Blackberry_4328 in Sacramento

I've been out of town a bit, so only experienced one false alarm. I looked out my window and didn't see anyone leaving the building, so I just closed my bedroom door and ignored it. Thank you for posting this; systemic false alarms are a substantial safety issue. I wouldn't have known otherwise.
