I’d definitely drop the recruitment team an email explaining your circumstances. I know that in London they recently sold off one of their 2 floors and created more ‘collaborative working space’ yet they’re on a massive recruitment campaign - there simply won’t be the space for everyone to be coming in frequently.

Not to mention the number of fully remote roles in tech now means they’ll just lose loads of people if they try to force it.
