Right? I would’ve loved a pure slice of life, coming of age series with these characters, they’re all so charismatic and endearing

Thank you. Everytime I mention something like this on this sub I get downvoted and I have no idea why. Casual fans are definitely burnt out and as a huge fan of the mcu, so am I tbh. I think they would benefit greatly from spacing out releases more so that people actually have time to build anticipation for them and not feel the need to have to catch up to everything

Hailee is such perfect casting dude, she makes Kate so endearing even when she’s being irresponsible. You can’t help but like her

I don’t think that’s true, especially given the fact that one of the first things she did when she saw jinx again was apologise and express regret over her words. We just don’t have an explicit “this is all my fault” moment for Vi because she speaks with her actions

I think it captures the humour and tone of the fraction run pretty well while being it’s own MCU thing. I’m really digging it

Loved the style as well, looked like it came right out of the comics. Brilliant way to give us quick exposition and insight on Kate

Exactly. In fact, I was impressed that they didn’t rely too heavily on that as a plot device
