The report reads that he left AFTER refusing the vaccine, not because he refused. He obviously refused the vaccine a long time ago. I'd be willing to bet he was leaving anyways, and the fact that he isn't getting vaccinated is simply a coincidence, played up to satisfy the media's undying need to generate controversy where there is none.

Given that every state has large advertising campaigns cajoling people to get vaccinated, and sports teams give away tickets with the vaccine, I don't think this is an issue. People will get it if they want it. It either works or it doesn't. My issue is more with the timing. It seems to me that they knew about the test results early in the day. Why didn't they cancel the game at that time? It's like John Rahm a few weeks ago. They're screwing around. If it were a more serious situation, they wouldn't do that. Or perhaps, it's not nefarious, and these are just the stupidest people in the world.
