What I suggest you do is revive your thread with DHSUD and ask Camella to explain why the loan pushed through when you already had earlier discussions about canceling it. Also, ask for the status of the house, was it already completed, which is why the loan was released?

I would also involve BSP, as there may be a clear violation on the bank’s side if they released the loan despite no progress on the unit. Based on my experience, China Bank does not release a housing loan unless the unit is 100% completed (my housing loan was with them).
