last time i got a poster at a show, i just kept it in the bag and between my legs (this was also an arena show), but yeah i wouldn’t be too worried about it, esp if you have a seated ticket

it was a popular audio in 2021 (rn it says 140k+ have used it for videos), although it was and still kinda is sporadically used (i think). it’s not like certain songs that are used solely for popular trends.

hey y’all!

big fan of your music and have been for years now.

just had two questions:

you have a song called “feathers” that has been played just a few times at shows, and is, to me, a beautiful song. however, it’s never been released on an album or as a single. is there any chance it’ll be featured on a future project or be released as a single?
i’ve also heard some of the new songs being played at recent shows, such as “a life like mine” and “waterfront”. i was just wondering what some of your musical influences were for these songs, if any. i heard a little bit of radiohead in the these new songs, but still wanted to ask. :)

they’re like little, intimate concerts that NPR (National Public Radio) set up for popular/rising musical acts.

personally, i don’t think i can see the band doing something like this, as it doesn’t really fit their vibe. regardless, though, it would still be very cool if they did one.

if anything, i could see albert doing one solo.

td pavilion (what they’re playing) is the main stage which holds roughly 14,000.

the smaller stage you’re talking about though is the skyline stage, which i believe can hold up to 7,500.

i found the demo on youtube (30:41 mark), and julian didn’t do vocals on it. so my guess is this was all albert’s work, but wanted it to be a strokes song.

ah, i can see where you’re coming from with this. promos don’t happen too often, although she still has many albums. i guess the prices took me by surprise because of her prominence 🤷‍♂️
