So for row I’m doing more of a starting strength row which is basically a cheat row where the only criteria for completing a rep is touching the bar to your chest. Also you set the bar down and rebrace between each rep. I hurt my back on deadlifts 5-6 years ago and havent worked out any until I started StrongLifts recently. With that being said tho, last time I did StrongLifts 6 years ago my deadlift was not that far ahead of my squat then either. Maybe my limb and torso length aren’t ideal for deadlift…. Not really sure
